My name is Katie, and I am from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I could tell you about my qualifications, but I believe that if you’re interested in hiring me, (or maybe you’re just blown away by my awesome art and nothing more), you’ve already seen my work and have an idea what skills I bring to the table. That being said, I do have a bachelor’s of fine arts in graphic design from Seton Hill University, which I received in 2013. I was hired at a marketing company that same year and I have been there ever since. I do not have any formal training in illustration, but I have been drawing since I could hold a crayon, and don’t remember a time I wasn’t drawing. I’m always learning, even now.
I pride myself on my customer service and the relationships I keep with my clients. I do my best to be familiar with you so that I may understand your needs while also remaining professional. Your creative endeavors are important to you, so they are important to me. The right design or the right artwork will only add value to your business, that is why it is important to work with someone you can trust. I also do everything I can to keep your final costs as low as possible without sacrificing quality.
If you’re interested in working with me, I provide the following types of services:
• Logo design
• Digital graphics – Non-animated (for Twitch waiting screens, YouTube, social media banners, etc.)
• Print graphics (for t-shirts or accessories, posters, etc.)
• Illustration – Print or digital (for book covers, page illustrations, blog illustrations, Twitch, etc.)
(I do not provide print production services for physical deliverables. All final work is outsourced to whichever printer is able to complete the deliverables and/or gives me the best deal.)
Services I do not provide:
• Web Design (I can do banners or web graphics, but I don’t design or code full websites)
• Promotional advertising – think weekly store circulars
(I do this for my full-time job, I don’t want to do it during my personal time)
• UX Design
• Animations (Other than simple .gifs)
I do provide some graphic design services, but am trying to move away from it to focus more on the type of work I’m more passionate about.
Graphic design work I am willing to do:
• Branding Package – Includes logo, brand guidelines and social media/website assets. (Further discussion needed to determine all required deliverables)
